Management Team

Rod Bland - CEO / Managing Director

It's my job to keep our clients, employees and investors happy!

I dropped out of Uni at 19, worked for Westpac for 3 years, then managed one of the first ISP's in Perth for a couple of years. After that I got a more serious job as a Systems Administrator and later Team Leader for Infomedia Ltd where I was for over 7 years. At the ripe old age of 32 I finally cashed in my savings to start RamCity. 8 years later I still can't wait to go to work every day.

I'm a bit of a geek so I love gadgets and technical stuff. I also really enjoy being in business and trying to do better in at least one area each month. I like walking rather than driving, I recently took up Karate, and my favourite food is vanilla icecream with ice magic on top. With two young children I don't have much spare time, but when I do I like to tweak my XBMC Media Centre.

Rob David-Moss - Director

I like to get hands-on with the Service Team, and work with Rod on our business development strategies.

I'm a bigger IT geek than Rod is with over 20 years experience in Systems Administration. I've had lots of experience upgrading and maintaining all major brands of servers and desktops in mission-critical environments.

Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Snowboarding (when I can get there) and camping out in the bush.

Service Team

Mark Allen - Sales and Fulfilment Support

I make sure all of the orders ship on time and mostly look after the Live Chat and do a bit of phone and email support. I'm also the go-to guy for all things design and graphics related!

I've previously worked in customer service roles with Jetstar and Flight Centre.

I'm a Mac fanatic, big fan of Geelong (go the Cats!) and about to embark on building a house!

I'm the guy you are most likely to encounter on the phone, email or Live chat. I'm also the go-to guy for all things photography related around here!

I've previously worked for a software distributor and more recently as a professional photographer for 10 years.

I'm a massive fan of Formula 1, and enjoy cycling and kayaking with the family.
