- We accept VISA and Mastercard through our own merchant facility, and will typically bill your card within 24 hours of receiving your order, regardless of the stock status. You can select this payment option on the checkout page and your payment will be processed in New Zealand Dollars. You can also use PayPal at checkout and pay with your Visa or MasterCard.
- Currently we are unable to process payments in NZD to Diners Club or American Express Cards. If you wish to use one of these cards, please order via www.ramcity.com.au where we can process your Diners/Amex payment in Australian Dollars.
- Paypal
- We accept PayPal Payments through our website automatically. You can select this payment option on the checkout page and you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
- Website currency
- All prices shown on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Is GST (tax) included in my purchase?
- Due to our company structure (we are an Australian company trading in New Zealand), we are not required to charge GST on sales to New Zealand customers. All prices on our website are shown exclusive of any GST. This policy may change in the future in line with direction from the New Zealand Internal Revenue Department.
- Note, any non-Kingston product purchases shipped from our Sydney warehouse may attract GST or import duties. See the Shipping Information page for more details.
- Will I receive a tax invoice?
- All buyers will receive a tax invoice in PDF format by email. If you created an account you can also download a tax invoice from our website. (Use the login link top right of this page)
