Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
- The item must be the exact same specification, new, with a lifetime warranty. For Kingston the competitors item must be the same part number.
- RamCity reserves the right to verify another company's product compatibility and price before issuing a Price Match offer.
- Any Price Match offer discount code is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.
- RamCity does not match auction websites or refurbished products.
- The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance/close-out items.
- The Price Match Guarantee applies to the total purchase price of the item. This includes the product price itself, shipping, taxes, credit card charges, and foreign currency conversion charges.
- The Price Match Guarantee only applies to like-for-like shipping times. Our standard delivery times are 1-2 business days, depending on the destination, and we will only match the price of a competitor which includes the costs of their shipping charges to achieve the same delivery time.
