Most of the memory returned to us is not actually defective. These simple troubleshooting solutions help most of our customers solve any problems they may encounter with their memory upgrade.
- Hassle-Free Warranty Replacements
- A Lifetime Warranty applies to all products we sell, with the exception of flash memory, batteries, AC Adapters and hard drives/solid state drives, which have a minimum 1 year warranty. Read the full details and limitations to our warranty.
- If it is convenient we offer free collection of any suspected faulty items via CourierPost, or you can simply return them to our local Wellington address.
- Only authorised returns will be accepted. For the fastest turnaround time, please follow our returns procedure.
- We also offer advance replacements as a standard business practice on any warranty return. That is, if any product you purchase from us is suspected faulty, we will immediately ship a replacement at no charge and work out the return of the faulty module(s) separately..1
