- We offer free, fast shipping to all locations in New Zealand, regardless of order size.
- Delivery Times
- All Kingston brand products are shipped directly from our supplier in Auckland via NZ Couriers or CourierPost.
- All non-Kingston products (RamCity, Samsung, Hynix, etc), are shipped from our central distribution centre in Sydney, Australia via FedEx. (Additional GST and import duties may apply for orders valued over $400)
- Delivery times for Kingston products are usually overnight. For RamCity brand products delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.1 All deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, excluding public holidays.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as a signature upon delivery is required.
- Please allow an additional business day if your order is placed after 1pm NZT.

- Stock Levels
- Stock levels shown on our website are updated early each morning.
- Most stock is on hand and is ready for immediate shipping once your payment has been cleared.
- Products requiring back order are marked 'Ships in xx Days'.
- For up-to-the-minute stock levels, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- If your product is not in stock, then we will back order it with our usual weekly stock order (if it's a RamCity brand product), or order it immediately from our suppliers. Generally it takes around 7 days to fill back orders, although some hard-to-get items may take longer. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.
- Although your credit card is charged up-front, you are able to cancel the order at anytime and have the transaction reversed. We do not charge any cancellation or restocking fees.
- GST and Import Duties
- All prices quoted on RamCity.co.nz are exclusive of GST.
- As we are an Australian company trading in New Zealand we are currently not required to collect GST.
- Orders for Kingston products ship direct from our supplier in Auckland, so import duties can never apply, regardless of order size.
- IMPORTANT: Orders of non-Kingston brand products (such as RamCity, Micron, Samsung, Hynix, etc), or orders with both Kingston and non-Kingston products combined, will ship from our Sydney distribution centre. GST and import duties may be leviable if the value of the order exceeds NZD$400. Read more about this on the NZ IRD website
